§ 1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "736pub," "the Company," "we," "us," "our" refers to the legal entity operating the 736pub online gaming platform at https://736pub.cam, duly licensed by PAGCOR.

§ 2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

2.1 Minimum Age

Access to and use of the 736pub Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Philippine Residency and Territorial Restrictions

§ 3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold exactly one active 736pub account. 736pub reserves the right to use technical and manual methods to identify duplicate account creation. Where duplicate accounts are identified — regardless of intent — 736pub will close all associated accounts, void all pending and prior bonus activity, and may withhold Real Money Balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain that information throughout your account's active period. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false name, false date of birth, or false contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 736pub login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 736pub will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify 736pub support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no real-money login activity is recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 736pub reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines, after providing reasonable notice to the Player's registered contact details.

§ 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

736pub processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) using locally authorized payment channels including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other banks accessible via Instapay and PesoNet. Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed on the 736pub cashier page. These thresholds may be updated by 736pub at any time with reasonable notice. As a general guide, minimum deposits are ₱100 and minimum withdrawals are ₱200, though these figures are subject to change.

§ 5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

§ 6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Providers and Certification

§ 7 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets;
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, collusion, or match-fixing in relation to games offered on the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any 736pub game or software component;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, financing of illegal activity, or fraud;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 736pub staff, other players, or live dealer personnel;
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the 736pub Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

§ 8 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC)

8.1 Regulatory Obligations

736pub is obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), PAGCOR's AML Guidelines, and related Philippines AML/CFT regulatory requirements. These obligations require 736pub to conduct identity verification on Players, monitor account activity for suspicious patterns, and report certain transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

8.2 Identity Verification Requirements

736pub may require you to submit valid identity documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, and upon any change to account information. § 10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 Player Obligations

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or create derivative works from any 736pub intellectual property for any commercial purpose.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only, subject to continued compliance with these Terms & Conditions. This license terminates automatically upon any breach of these Terms or closure of your account.

§ 12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• 736pub provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty — express or implied — is given regarding uninterrupted availability, fitness for purpose, or the absence of errors in game outcomes;
• 736pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from disconnections, software malfunctions, delayed payouts caused by third-party payment processors, or data loss;
• 736pub's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance standing in that Player's account at the time the claim arose;
• Nothing in this Section limits 736pub's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by 736pub's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

§ 13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 736pub account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance (net of applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

13.2 Termination by 736pub

736pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected; (c) account security is compromised; (d) PAGCOR or another regulatory or law enforcement authority directs account action; or (e) 736pub determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued operation of the account poses risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, your license to use the Platform terminates immediately, all pending bonus balances are forfeited, and Real Money Balances are subject to reconciliation and KYC completion before release. Account data will be retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal retention obligations.

§ 14 Disputes & Governing Law

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, account balances, bonus calculations, or withdrawal processing, Players must contact the 736pub customer support team in the first instance. 736pub will investigate the matter and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. Server-side game logs and transaction records will be used as the authoritative record in all dispute investigations.

14.2 Escalation to PAGCOR

If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the 736pub internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels. 736pub will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation and abide by any PAGCOR determination made in connection with a Player dispute.

14.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not otherwise resolved through the processes described in this Section.

§ 15 Amendments to These Terms

736pub reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Players via the Platform and/or to registered contact details with reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the 736pub Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
