The People and Purpose Behind 736pub
736pub is a PAGCOR-regulated online casino and sports betting platform built from the ground up for Filipino players. The name carries weight — 736pub began as an idea shared between a small group of gaming industry professionals who had spent years watching Filipinos get shortchanged by offshore operators with zero accountability to Philippine law, zero understanding of local payment realities, and zero genuine interest in responsible gaming.
That frustration became a blueprint. The 736pub team set out to build a platform that could compete with any international online casino on game quality, bonus generosity, and user experience — while being genuinely local where it counts: licensed under PAGCOR, transacting in Philippine Peso, paying out via GCash and Maya, and staffed by Filipino customer service agents who understand what it means when someone's GCash wallet shows a failed transaction at 11pm on a Friday night.
Today, 736pub serves players across the Philippines — from Quezon City professionals who play a few baccarat rounds during commute breaks on the LRT, to Cebu City players who discovered live dealer gaming through a Facebook group, to Davao residents who grew up watching sabong and now follow e-sabong on the 736pub sports betting platform. Our player base is as diverse as the Philippines itself, and that diversity shapes every decision we make about the platform.
"Every Filipino player who chooses 736pub deserves a platform that is secure, transparent, and genuinely on their side — not just in the fine print, but in every interaction, every payout, and every time they reach out for help."
— The 736pub Founding TeamPAGCOR licensed and regulated. Every game, every payout, every promotion at 736pub operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation — the same body that licenses land-based casinos across the country. Filipino players have legal recourse. That is not something offshore casinos can offer.
Six Reasons Filipino Players Choose 736pub
There's no shortage of online casinos accepting Philippine players. Here's what actually sets 736pub apart from the rest — and why it matters for your real money and real time.
PAGCOR Licensing — Real Accountability
736pub operates under a valid PAGCOR license, which means Philippine law governs how we handle your deposits, your winnings, and your data. If something goes wrong, you have a real regulatory body — based in Manila, not offshore — with actual authority to intervene. No other protection matters more.
GCash & Maya — Native Philippine Banking
Deposits and withdrawals at 736pub run on the same payment rails Filipinos use for everything else — GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are instant. Withdrawals process the same day. Philippine Peso throughout, with zero foreign currency conversion. No surprises on your wallet statement.
Certified Fair Games from Audited Providers
Every game in the 736pub lobby comes from a licensed studio — JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Habanero — whose RNG software is independently certified. The RTP figures published on game pages are the real numbers, verified by third-party testing labs. You're not playing against a rigged house.
Built Around Filipino Culture
736pub's sports betting covers PBA, UFC, Philippine boxing, and e-sabong under PAGCOR-approved operations. Our game lobby features JILI titles built for Southeast Asian tastes. Our promotions follow Philippine holidays. Our support team knows what "Hindi dumating ang OTP ko" means and handles it without a script.
Security That Matches Philippine Banks
736pub uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions, hashed password storage, OTP-based device verification, and geolocation anomaly detection on login attempts. The security architecture was designed with Philippine-specific threat vectors in mind — phishing links on Facebook, credential theft via public Wi-Fi, and social engineering via Messenger.
Genuine Responsible Gaming Commitment
736pub provides deposit limits, session time reminders, per-session loss caps, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion — all accessible directly from your account dashboard with no support request required. We take PAGCOR's responsible gaming mandate seriously because the wellbeing of our players is a direct reflection of the kind of platform we want to be.
The 736pub Story, Year by Year
736pub didn't arrive fully formed. It was built gradually, shaped by real feedback from real Filipino players, and improved through each iteration based on what actually mattered on the ground — not what looked good in a product roadmap presentation.
The Idea Takes Shape
A group of gaming industry professionals — with backgrounds in Philippine land-based casino operations, mobile payments, and software development — begin building the 736pub platform concept. The core conviction: Filipino players deserve a locally accountable, properly licensed online casino that actually understands their banking reality.
PAGCOR License Obtained, Platform Launches
736pub completes the PAGCOR licensing process and launches publicly with an initial game library of 300+ titles from JILI and Pragmatic Play. GCash and Maya payment integration goes live from day one — the first major online casino platform to treat e-wallets as a primary payment method rather than an afterthought.
Live Dealer Expansion & Sports Betting Launch
736pub integrates Evolution Gaming's full live dealer suite — baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and game shows — and launches the sports betting section covering PBA, NBA, Premier League, and UFC. Player base grows significantly in Manila, Cebu City, and Davao following positive community word-of-mouth.
1,500+ Games, VIP Program, Mobile Optimization
The 736pub library expands to over 1,500 certified titles across slots, fishing games, bingo, card games, and live tables. The 736pub VIP program launches with five tiers from Bronze to Royal Black. Full mobile browser optimization means players across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao access the full platform without a separate app.
Growing, Improving, Still Listening
736pub continues to add game titles, refine the payment experience, expand responsible gaming tools, and improve response times for the 24/7 Filipino support team. The platform is bigger than when it launched — but the founding conviction hasn't changed: every decision gets measured against whether it genuinely serves Filipino players better.
What 736pub Stands For — Every Single Day
Values are easy to write on a page. At 736pub, these aren't mission-statement filler — they're the lens through which every product decision, every support interaction, and every platform update gets evaluated.
Transparency
RTPs are published. Bonus terms are clear. Withdrawal timelines are stated upfront. If something changes that affects your account, we communicate it directly — no buried footnotes, no retroactive rule changes.
Accountability
PAGCOR licensing means we answer to a Philippine regulatory body on behalf of our players. If there's a dispute, a framework exists for resolution. We operate knowing we're accountable — and that accountability improves everything we do.
Genuine Improvement
Player feedback from Facebook groups, live chat logs, and support tickets directly informs platform updates. The 736pub product team reviews real player complaints every week and acts on them. Continuous improvement is not a slogan here — it's a process.
Responsible Growth
736pub grows its player base through providing genuine value, not through misleading bonus offers or aggressive acquisition tactics that attract vulnerable players. Sustainable, responsible growth is the only kind that aligns with our commitment to the Filipino gaming community.
World-Class Game Providers Powering 736pub
736pub works exclusively with licensed, independently audited game studios. These partnerships are not casual — each provider undergoes due diligence before a single title goes live in the 736pub lobby.
All provider integrations are subject to ongoing compliance audits. RNG certifications are independently maintained by each studio.
Responsible Gaming Is Not an Afterthought at 736pub
Every online casino claims to care about responsible gaming. At 736pub, we can point to exactly what that means in practice: every account has direct access to deposit limits, session reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion — all without going through a support request. It's in your account settings. It takes 30 seconds to activate.
We enforce the 21+ age restriction strictly because PAGCOR mandates it and because it's the right thing to do. Age verification happens at registration, and may be requested again at the point of withdrawal. Accounts identified as belonging to underage individuals are permanently closed.
If you or someone you know is showing signs of problem gambling — chasing losses, gambling with money needed for rent or food, hiding gambling activity from family — please use the 736pub self-exclusion tool immediately. You can also reach out to PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources, which provide free counseling support for Filipino players.
All 736pub gaming products are restricted to players aged 21 and above, as mandated by PAGCOR for casino-style gambling in the Philippines.
