What You Should Know Right Away
These highlights summarize your key rights and our core commitments. The full policy below contains all the detail β please read it in full.
Philippine Law Governs Your Data
736pub processes your personal information in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules. The National Privacy Commission (NPC) is the regulatory authority overseeing data privacy rights in the Philippines, and you may escalate complaints to the NPC if needed.
We Never Sell Your Personal Data
736pub does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited strictly to what is necessary for service delivery β payment processors, game providers, KYC verification services β and is governed by binding data processing agreements.
You Control Your Data
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data held by 736pub. You also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Exercising these rights will not affect your account standing, unless doing so makes continued service legally impossible.
256-Bit Encryption on All Data
Personal data transmitted between your device and 736pub servers is protected using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Stored passwords are cryptographically hashed and never stored in readable form. 736pub conducts regular internal security reviews and vulnerability assessments to maintain the integrity of personal data under its control.
Legal Basis for Every Processing Activity
736pub processes personal data only where a valid legal basis exists: your consent, the performance of a contract (your 736pub account agreement), compliance with a legal obligation (PAGCOR licensing, AML laws), or the legitimate interests of 736pub where those interests do not override your fundamental rights.
Minimum Data, Maximum Purpose
736pub collects only the personal data necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We do not collect data speculatively or in excess of what is needed. Data is retained only as long as required by law or for the purpose for which it was collected, and is securely disposed of thereafter.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, 736pub relies on one or more of the following legal bases for each processing activity:
5.1 Contract Performance
Processing of registration data, gaming activity data, and financial transaction data is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and 736pub β specifically, your account agreement and the Terms & Conditions you accepted upon registration. Without this processing, 736pub cannot deliver the services you have contracted for.

Β§ 6 Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

736pub engages third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) under binding data processing agreements.
